Hairitecture - that's right hair+architecture :)

Ashlyn's hair is starting to get really long. It is fun to try out new ways to do her hair, we have discovered sponge curlers which I absolutely love. While she was in the bath the other day we snapped some funny pics.

Unicorn!?!

She had us laughing so hard! This is her new face when she sees the camera and says "CHEESE" Priceless!

Circus Circus

While we were in St. George last weekend we decided to make the quick drive over to Las Vegas. My mom wanted to take the kids to Circus Circus. We had a great time (after Jaxon had a MAJOR meltdown which caused mommy to have a minor one.) I don't ever remember going there as a kid but there is a lot for little kids to do. It is nice to be able to go to an amusement park indoors. We got a wristband that included unlimited rides so Jaxon had a super fun time! Here are some pics from the day...

St. George Getaway

I am surprised how fast a month can go by without blogging. Instead of trying to play catch-up, I am going to try to be a more dedicated blogger this year. Right now I am down in St. George with my mom for a little getaway. I left Wednesday night after work and am going home Saturday morning. Everytime I drive down south I always think about all the times I made the trip to Snow College. For some reason or another I think of different people that were in my life while I was in college as I pass through towns on the way. Here is a rundown of my little memory road….

Lehi - Rachel Peck
Pleasant Grove - Emily Mendenhall
Springville - Leann Stoddard (not sure why, did she grow up there?)
Spanish Fork - Jessica Lewis
Salem - Marie Meredith
Santaquin - Kaydee Ivers
Nephi - Lynsey Stoddard and Kaydee Morgan

I think it is interesting how some people you meet in you life you never forget, and other people you never really think twice about. I know I had the best roommates (and friends) in college. I still think about most of them all the time. A little reunion is long overdue. I am thankful for things like Facebook and Blogspot so I can keep in touch with friends from my past.

We have had fun in St. George, we are all so excited to be able to play outside. Here are a couple pictures of Ashlyn at the park.

I know I said I wasn't going to post about last year, but I just want to share one photo of the kids with Santa. Ashlyn loves most everyone and is never shy. However, when I sat her on Santa's lap at the Festival of Trees she was quite concerned.
