We are loving the WARM Spring weather!

I love how a little water can provide hours of entertainment. Here are a couple pictures of the kids enjoying the beautiful weather.

House Update

I can't believe how blessed we are to sell our house so fast. We were starting to get discouraged when people would make appointments to come see our house then they wouldn't show up. Our house had been for sale for four weeks with only one showing. We thought it was hopeless, then three weeks ago a couple came through our house on a Saturday and we had on offer by Monday. I couldn't believe it! There are so many homes for sale in our neighborhood, we never thought we would get so lucky.

Now here we are in "transition." I have starting boxing up things that we don't use very often so when it come time to move it will be a little easier to pack everything up. We will most likely be moving in with Doug's parents until we can find and buy our new home. We sign papers on June 5th, then we have 72 hours to be out. Crazy!

The story of the Tortise and the Hare

but, in this race the Hare won! We braved the rain and ran our 5k on Saturday. It was a little chilly and REALLY wet. It was a fun thing to do together, I want to do another one in July. I learned that I am slow poke, but that's okay, I will blame it all on the rain :) I wish we would have taking 'after' pictures, just imagine a wet dog.
