October came and went by so fast this year! We were planning on going to California for our last little family vacation on the 30th. My doctor was a little worried about me traveling so she said she wanted to see me before I left just to check and make sure everything was okay. I went in that morning and she told me that she would not feel comfortable with me going on vacation and that I needed to be on bed rest. I had started to dialate and thin a little bit, and at 29 weeks that is too scary. Well, I held back my tears in the doctors office but as soon as I got to the car I had to call Doug and tell him the news. We were all very sad and disappointed. Thankfully my family was driving down and they offered to take Jaxon with them so he wouldn't be broken hearted.
It was weird to not have him with us on Halloween. Luckily, Ashlyn got to go trick or treating with her Aunt and cousin and we had a nice night with our family.
