My Dad

My Middle Child
I am so in love with this little girl!!!
I really hope that Ashlyn doesn't grow up feeling like the 'middle child.' While I was pregnant and with the addition of the twins to our family I think that she get left out sometimes. She is full of spunk and definitely has her own personality. I wanted to dedicate a post to her and all of the things she had been doing lately.
Ashlyn LOVES books. Sometimes I realize that she has been really quite for awhile and when I go and check on her she will be looking at her books. She always wants us to read her stories or she will 'read' us stories, even the dog gets stories read to her :)
Ashlyn falls asleep in the weirdest places.
She will say "I'm tired" and a couple minutes later she is asleep somewhere.
She can also be a little stinker :) If you tell her not to do something she will go in her room, shut the door, and do it anyways. Usually she has to be told "NO" a few times before she listens.
I am happy to say that Ashlyn is now potty trained. She finally decided that she is done wearing diapers, I just had to wait for her to make the decision and she has done really well. She is the light of our lives and I can't imagine my life without her and those blue eyes!
