Cool Tricks, Cool Tricks

The twins have been quite the little performers ever since they could hold up their little heads.  The first time Doug attempted to do this with one the babies my heart sank, but they are professionals at it now.  They are able to 'stand up' on Doug's hand and keep their bodies straight as a board.  It is so funny to watch Breanne do this because she gets so excited and looks around the room to make sure everyone is watching.

T-Ball Time

I love T-Ball!  It is so fun to watch kids of all different athletic ability try to figure out how to play baseball.  There are kids who have no idea what is going on; running the wrong way, spinning around in circles as they bat, or trying to catch butterflies in the field.  It is usually great entertainment.  Jaxon was on the A's this year, and he picked #5 for his jersey because that is how old he is :)  It looks like he is going to be a natural athlete, he can throw, bat, and catch wit the best of 'em.

4th of July

I love getting the kids all dressed up in their red, white, and blue for the 4th of July.

This is my attempt at getting all of the kids attention for a group shot :)

July was filled with a lot of parades, I took my kids to 4 parades this year!  We love our cheap entertainment :)  I only had my camera with me for the Sandy Days parade, there is a lot of things to carry with 4 kiddos and usually the camera gets left behind.  I think the kids get as much candy at a parade as they do for Halloween.  We found out this year that Miss Ashlyn is scared to death of loud noises, and July is filled with loud noises; fireworks, sirens, marching bands, etc.  Needless to say she spent a lot of time hiding underneath a blanket this month.

We had a little firework show at the Mackay's house on the 4th.
