Diaper Derby
Yesterday we went to the Safe Kids Fair at the South Towne Expo Center. I didn't even think to take my camera so I don't have any pics. While we were there they were signing babies up for a diaper derby. Your baby had to be less than 18 months to participate, so we figured we would sign Ashlyn up because they said they had some pretty good prizes for the winners. There were five different heats of babies that could either walk, run, or crawl to the edge of a mat and back. Ashlyn was in the first heat and won pretty easily. Then the winners of each heat competed in the final race to win prizes. Ashlyn took third place, I think we could have won if she didn't stand there for 20 seconds before she decided to run. It was fun and she won a package from Kiddie Kandids, which is awesome because they are so expensive. Way to go Ashlyn!!!

How fun. I was just wishing I would have taken the girls to the safety fair!
That is too funny. I can just see her running for the finish line! Even better, I can see you and Doug cheering her on!
Way to go Ashlyn. I bet she looked so cute racing. Yippee for mommy free package of pictures. That is a great prize.
